Once the contractor has an As-Built survey done to verify the final dimensions, elevations, and configurations of the constructed elements, a member of our team utilizes those files and converts them into As-Built Plans. As-Built mapping has become increasingly common for owners/developers to require a record of completed site conditions, especially for utility, heavy civil, site development, and road construction projects.
