Cut and Fill Analysis is a highly accurate report that helps earth movers visualize how best to calculate a project’s dirt volumes.  As part of our process, we create detailed finish, sub-grade, and existing conditions 3d models. Project Execution - Getting It Done

Mass Data is used throughout the progress of a job to compare the existing survey with what’s actually on site.  Drones are increasingly affordable, and using mass data during a project has become both a cost and time-effective way to ensure your project stays on track.  ECI creates 3d models from all sources of mass data and we provide you with the timely info you need when you need it.

CAD Services – During a project, your machine automated earth equipment uses specific data to get the job done well.  Unnecessary data gets in the way and slows down the job.  ECI’s CAD services ‘clean’ your CAD files so that your earth-moving equipment has only the most relevant data for your field project.

3d Modeling – If you’re using automated earth-moving equipment, you’re using 3d models during your project.  ECI produces highly accurate 3d models for all automated equipment with GPS, Total Stations, and Laser Systems.

Monitoring & Control - QC All the Way

Mass Data – Using mass data has become an efficient and effective way to monitor and track projects while in the field.   ECI creates the 3d model quickly from your mass data, which gives you an advantage in the field.  We are fast and responsive, so you can keep your automated machines moving, and your project on track. 

Cut and Fill Analysis reports are essential in the monitor and control phase of every earth-moving project and help dirt contractors keep their sites balanced.  ECI’s cut and fill analysis report runs comparisons of where your project is and what is left to be done.  You are able to track your progress and make course corrections efficiently, based on the information in this report.

Project Closeout - It’s a Wrap

CAD Services - Red-line drawing plans are a thing of the past.  Engineers now require a more formal, accurate, and detailed As-Built report to close out construction projects.  As CAD service specialists, ECI will provide you with well-organized, accurate, and professional-looking As-Built reports that will be welcomed by all project engineers.  As part of our As-Built Plan reporting, you will receive both a CAD and PDF file of the plan.
