Spanning over several revisions, this 300,000 SF Industrial Building in Boylston, MA offered plenty of opportunities for our team to provide extensive grading notes. We identified and brought several issues to our client’s attention including two areas that lacked proper drainage, two catch basin rim elevations that were off by a foot, another catch basin that lacked rim elevation, and a few areas where incorrectly drawn contours conflicted with spot grades.
