This additional layer of review is a great way to identify anything that might look off or need additional work to be done. Our reviewing engineer checks things like making sure the project is in the correct coordinate system, double checking that the linework CAD design matches PDF, checking that the surface does not have any rough or incorrect areas that will undermine fine grading, making sure that a takeoff has correct scale, and much more!
